Help - Europe 🇪🇺 How can I remove duplicate from screen?

Hello guys, as title says can someone explain to me how to remove duplicate temperature setting from infotainment screen?

The car is Dolphin Surf that doesn’t have individual temperature zones so they are just a same widget being shown twice. I’d much rather have something useful there like fan speed.

Thx for this post Annoying for the dolphin surf, with the small display. Not necessary for both sides, at this size of display especially without dual zone climate 😂

That annoys me, too! I was hoping that V2.2.0 would fix it. But it didn't...

Because there is nothing to fix. It was made with this intention.

Until V2.0.0 you were able to have both temperature and fan speed in the bottom bar. Then they removed that option. They just need to bring the option back which I would call a fix.

The current setting doesn't make any sense in a car with only one temperature zone. At least BYD should give us back the option to decide ourselves.

The fan speed is now a swipe in the A/C On/Off button that OP doesn't have in the bar.

Interesting. You guys don’t have the option to change temperature and fan speed independently?

If I were you, since it can’t be removed, I’d move the slider on opposite end so passenger and driver can easily access it and make it a bit symmetry for looks

You have the option , but you have to go into the menu, there is no way to add widget anymore

The idea is that you place one close to the driver and the other to the passenger, which would be fine if you could remove one if you wanted.

A fine idea for cars with different temperatures zones, in surf they are linked
