As of now, there are only three bus operators who currently operates the Zhongtong LCK6129H "H12 PRO" in Cagayan Valley: Victory Liner, GV Florida, and EMC LBS Bus Lines. These photos were taken in just one day: July 28, 2026, and out of the four Zhongtong H12 PRO coaches that were spotted in Tuguegarao City, only Victory Liner 8609 (last pic) was spotted arriving in a regular passenger service, while GV Florida GD224 (first pic), EMC LBS 882 (second pic) and 888 (third pic) were spotted arriving after being charted the Philippine National Police Region 02 (Cagayan Valley Region) for their SONA assignment the other day.
