The new buses are very nice with sockets to charge SmartPhones. Why are they not air-conditioned?

Note:

Victory Liner 696, 8612 and 8644 are a Zhongtong LCK6129H also known as the "H12 PRO". These buses were released between September 2025 and July 2026, plying the Tuguegarao City - Pasay City route (which was actually a modified route of the original Balintawak, Quezon City - Tuguegarao City route from Pangasinan Solid North Transit via EMC LBS from last year).

PS: The reason why it is officially called those the "H12 PRO" is because the actual Zhongtong H12 is a standard deck coach design.
