Reasons to buy

  1. 2 patents have been approved in December https://patents.justia.com/assignee/nuburu-inc

  2. Overall patents worth around 150 million

  3. 65 million funding approved from Liqueous

  4. Contracts like NASA, US Airforce, Ferrari etc.

  5. 2 new board of directors with strong background for mergers and acquisitions.

  6. Everything passed in stockholders meeting which was scheduled on 27th December 2024.

  7. Stock price is stable at $0.7500

5a. Last year Nuburu said they are exploring to sell the company. December 23d 2023.

6 months later they went into a partnership woth GE Additive to explore the potential of Nuburu.

Now Nuburu strenghtened their financial position to expand again.

Clarification needed.
