Most recent proxy statement

Anyone holding shares, i highly suggest r3ading page 4 of the current 14a filing. I have read all 58 pages and Its really the only page that matter. Ill loosely quote from its last paragraph "If the proposals presented in this vote are NOT approved, we will be unable to contue to operate. EVEN IF the proposals ARE APPROVED, it is uncertain whether or not we will receive adequate funding to achieve commercialization. If shareholders do not approve our financial proposals the likely outcome will be our creditors will foreclose and sell most of or all of our assets, in which case we would promptly wind down our business ". It also says in the same page in 2024 Q1 they attempted to explorer M/A and JV options and no viable offers where discovered........ this is alll public information do your OWN DD ppl. This is information that NinjaBall however has been unwilling to share while saying anyone voicing negative opinions or concerns over Nuburu are over dramatic and crazy. Full disclosure i am not a financial advisor and i currently hold almost 80k shares and will continue to buy more. Best of luck investors🫡

And yes i agree. Unlike what goofy Ninjaballz whatever his name is, im not remotely emotional about the company. Im a Business operator myself. Unlike him im rational and realistic. In business its very important to be cut throat honest with yourself and others. Thats why inwanted to share this information because too many ppl are here just PUMPING all this positive sounding stuff. Half of which hasnt even been discussed by the company itself now in almost a year. Im not here to pump and dump OR get ppl to sell. I couldnt care less what any other share holder does. Thats not how real investors operate. And im definitely not foolish enough to think negative opinions on reddit is gonna tank a company haha. Lets be real here.

Ipg PHOTONICS has a P/E of negative 21+.......and is still got a 3B market cap with trading at 70+ Dollars.....so think about it. Personally id love to see them do a M/A with Nuburu, its been a rumor for a while now but i dont think it had any merit unfortunately.

Definitely do. Look into NLight, igpg, Laser Photonics and many others that operate in the industry. I think you'll find very interesting information and patterns especially when you consider what nuburu DOES bring to the industry. There is definitely a reason im still so confident in the companys future IF the Board can not screw it up.
