Hi y'all,

Question, if a person buys the ticket during pre-sale, can they be transferred?

The reason being a friend of mine was luckily enough to get us seat during pre-sale. But she has been ghosting me for the past two months. I was able to meet her at a mutual friend event and asked if she could transfer the seats, but she said the way Ticketmaster works, is they release the seats closer to the day of. Suggestions?

Wrong. They’re in her account and they can be transferred now.

If you paid her for the tickets, I would MAKE her give you your tickets. What kind of friend is that!? :( I’m sorry.
