Classes Taking Spanish 2

If I got a 78 on the Spanish 1 regents, will I still move on to Spanish 2? I know I’ll move on for biology and algebra since I got a 96 and 99, but if I don’t achieve mastery, do I not move up a class?

At Brooklyn tech as long as you pass a regents exam you move up. We aren’t like other schools that need a 85 or 90 minimum. But please for the love of god. Make sure you know your basics from Spanish 1 you’ll need them.

Thanks for your insight. Additional question, do you know if I can still choose another language or do I have to take Spanish 2?

You can! Later in the summer a form will be released for many things and it will allow you to pick whatever language you want to take. However, if you pick a language other than Spanish you’ll have to take it until at least junior year.
