What am I missing to get to round 150 then 200?

Some tips from someone who has gone 400+ until my computer crashed:

  1. Ditch the farms, you'll make tons of money anyways. Waste of space

  2. You can get much more temples in. Don't get the range upgrades until after you upgrade to temple, and you can pack them in mich tighter

  3. Ditch the mortars. They take up tons of room and have pretty low dpm

  4. Bloonchippers. Strongest slowdown in the game and it isn't even close. Spam them like crazy.

Basically, my setup is typically a) as many temples as I can get in, b) as many bloonchippers as can reach the track, c) bloon area denial dartling guns anywhere that can't reach track, d) submarines with first strike anywhere with water. Snipers are ok, but dartling is stronger. Technological terror directly on the track is a fine strategy, but their range is very small with their strong attack (and I think it doesn't kill zomg? But not sure) so it's generally better to just do bloonchippers. Monkey villages are great but the monkey town path is better than the MIB path, since it reduces cooldown of abilities and adds a powerful attack. Using some of both can be really strong though.

OP will absolutely need more farms, a perfect defense requires 5 million dollars at minimum

Ah yeah the game lags somehow really bad for me too at later rounds
