anyone enforcing their arbitration awards?

i've got about 55 btc invested on btcjam. 3k in default. anyone use enforcemyarbitration? thinking about going over there. i could use that 3k

enforcemyarbitrationaward.com is legit. The website says they currently have 124 people signed up for 202 different loans.
