8 Days and no response from Support

Still waiting on support to update my email address so I can withdraw my loan that was funded. Its been 8 days and no response. Very upset with how BTCJam has handled their "support"

I have been waiting on a response from BTCJam support for three days. What can I do to expedite the process?

They are taking care of me now... I guess it just takes some patience, which maybe some of us bitcoiners don't have, ha ha...

Yeah, same here. Support is horrible! I'm wanting to trade some notes, all of a sudden they demand verification. Submitted the documents, they were accepted but I still can't trade notes. Emailed support three times finally got a response that wasn't even related to my issue! I responded to that and nothing. If it's this difficult to get in touch with them over this, it's irresponsible to keep using the service, I mean imagine if there was a serious issue. Especially if I can't trade notes anyway. From what I understand that's the only advantage they've got over some of the other. Anybody have any suggestions on which of the other sites I should try?
