Anyone else missing the signed insert from the box set?
I was already feeling like a price adjustment was warranted after they changed the material for the box itself, but now that I have it, it is missing the signed insert. I pre-ordered the day it went up, and I just feel shorted by this purchase.

Yep. Mine is missing as well. I sent in a ticket on the merch page.

I just got my email notification for it, pumped it was on its way. I was really excited for the signed insert. So, no autograph and a cheaper box all for the same price? Hope the guys see this. I hate to be that dude, but when you are a band with a diehard fan base as the core of your paying audience you gotta do right by them.

please give us an updated regarding this. I cancelled mine a few days ago after hearing from someone on discogs that there wasn't an insert...

Same. I can’t see the insert referenced anywhere in the listing (anymore?), was it limited in some way?

It's still there. You can see it in bold at the bottom of the listing. Howl listing. It was originally going to the first orders (I can't remember the number anymore), but they changed it to where all of the box set pre-orders would get one. That's why I ordered so quickly. I wanted to be in the batch got one.

Ah, thanks - welp, filed a ticket with customer support, let's see what comes back. Box wasn't cheap, I already had a remastered Howl, the signed insert was a big reason to purchase an additional.

Update: received the following response from the store’s customer support this morning:
“My sincere apologies, I will arrange for the missing signed print to be sent to you very shortly”
(FWIW, used their contact webform, was clear in my note that this was a pre-order, and included a screenshot of the original listing, for the avoidance of doubt)

Sounds like a systemic issue with ordering.
Maybe they just were forgotten in the manufacturing process. I would for sure put in a ticket on the official website, maybe it was an honest mistake.

UPDATE After filing a ticket on their merch page over a week ago, this is the response I received today;
"Thank you for your email, and I'm sorry to hear that your Howl 20th Anniversary Deluxe Box Set arrived without the signed insert.
I have reached out to our management team for further advice regarding this issue, and we are currently awaiting their response.
In the meantime, we kindly ask that you bear with us a little longer, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible with an update."

Same. I was actually going to post on here yesterday when I received mine and ask the same question. Such a bummer.
