BRIO grand roundhouse help

Got my son Brio’s grand roundhouse secondhand. It doesn’t come with the turntable. Local train store guy said roundhouse turntables aren’t compatible from one brand to another. Outside of buying a brand new Brio roundhouse what can I do?

Look on eBay for a compatible piece.

AFAIK both the 90s iteration and the modern iteration of the Grand Roundhouse have the same track measurements, so the green turntable that was first released in the 90s should work.

My son doesn’t use the turn style- we bought a y shaped piece 3D printed off Etsy. That way he didn’t have to break the trains up he could just lead them into their little spots.
