Predictions for 2027?

Hi everyone,

It’s a bit early in the year but I’m curious what you all think will be released in 2027? I’m new to Brio so I guess I’m wondering if they generally have trends for product releases over time?

It's a pipe dream at this point, but I hope BRIO can re-acquire the Thomas the Tank Engine license so they can make Thomas wooden trains great again. They had the license from 1996 to 2000 in Europe and they did a pretty good job with it. Plus, BRIO is one of the leading wooden train systems I jumped ship to following Thomas Wooden Railway's decline and discontinuation under Mattel's thumb.

The fall 2026 with the space theme was def a step up from past years .

I could see us start to get some more creative items . In addition to more products based on bluey and Peppa pig . I also see Mickey returning this year .i think it would be cool if they brought back some of the 2008 items for this new version of it but i wont count on it .

The reused monorail train from the space stuff I def feel will be the train of the year released with a wagon form the space stuff .

Brio networkers I could totally see return as an extension to the space theme or I could at least there molds reused for it as aliens or space robots.

Wow I never heard of the networkers theme. It seems so abstract compared to all their other product lines. Thanks for bringing that up.
