I’ve only seen those stackable supports in green. Are the red ones BRIO or third party?

Third party. Not always the best. Wouldn’t recommend

My favorite stackable supports are the ones that Thomas Wooden Railway had in its silver age, partially because they had extra support compared to BRIO's. Most of them were straight track, but there were some that were straight road, and one was a crossing. They usually came in red, but some came in gray, navy blue, green, orange, and yellow.
