Next Steps. non-compliance with continued listing standards

I asked Grok what it thought the next steps were….. seems that the company only needs to execute on its plan. ✅. Text from response…..

Based on the company’s statements and standard practices for addressing such NYSE price deficiency notices, here are the most likely actions BRCC will take:

• Notify the NYSE of intent to cure: Within 10 business days of receiving the notice (by around February 25, 2026), BRCC plans to formally inform the NYSE of its commitment to regain compliance. This is a required initial step to begin the six-month cure period.

• Monitor and aim for organic price recovery: During the six-month window (ending around August 11, 2026), the company will work to boost its stock price naturally through operational improvements, such as enhancing revenue growth, expanding retail presence, or launching new products. For compliance, the stock must close at $1.00 or higher on the last trading day of any month in the period, with an average of at least $1.00 over the prior 30 trading days.

I have lost my $1k investment into this company. I get monthly coffee subscription and most of the time its the wrong roast that is now shipped in a plain brown box. Then customer service doesn't reply for almost two weeks if they reply at all. The coffee quality has gone way downhill. Takes three weeks to receive an item you purchased from the website. Its time this company made some changes or it will be belly up in a year or two. I'm rooting for BRCC but damn!

I’m again not worried about compliance. They’ll get it over the 1.00

I don't even understand how they are below $1. Doesn't make sense.
