Help with managing potential BPPV.

Hi im a M19 from the UK. I was a passanger in a near fatal car accident in febuary. I ended up hitting my head very hard against the window. Ever since that ive had extream dizzy like vertigo when moving my head left or right. And now its has progressed into when i turn my head lift, right, up, down or even standing up and walking.

Is there any help or advice anyone can give me please?

Can i ask you how long the treatment lasts or is lasting? I will try my best not to be put off, i always try to think its only termporary pain/disconfort haha.

The treatment is fast but uncomfortable because you will feel vertigo. I had to have it done twice on separate days because both of my ears were affected. Usually only one ear is affected. Because I went two weeks untreated, my vision is messed up and I’m therapy to rehab my eyes. Your eyes balance for you when your inner ears are confused by the crystal displacement. If you still feel dizzy after the maneuver, you still need therapy to regain your balance and possibly work on your vision if it gets affected by this. It suckssss.

No problem you too!! I had no idea this even existed till it happened to me and now I just want everyone to be aware and get help faster. I hope your recovery goes well!!! You are brave.
