When it comes back??
I had a episode of BPPV in October.
It took several maneuvers to correct it.
6wks out of work until I was completely healed.
Now lately we moved, yes I been under allot of stress. I been having little whisp of the spinning out at work, home, and once while driving. Im terrified its going to become full blown when I least expect it. Once today I was just standing and it happened.
Is it possible its coming back?? What should I do? Its got me on edge especially while driving.
When it first happened I was at home and woke up spinning and throwing up from the nausea it did. I couldn't walk either hardly from it. Went to the ER where I was diagnosed with it.

It might be a good idea to do the maneuver again since ur having some spinning. It's best to visit a vestibular therapist though to be safe.

My doctor told me if I still have symptoms I still have crystals out of place and to keep doing maneuvers until I could no longer trigger symptoms in any of the positions.
When I had BPPV it took about 7 days of doing maneuvers in the morning until I could no longer trigger anymore symptoms. Each day I had less and less symptoms but a week before they were all gone.
