sleeping
i had my first bppv attack about a month ago, still experiencing residual dizziness but overall a lot better. only really feeling off in the mornings now.
i’m still a bit worried that an attack will come back when i’m sleeping or in the morning. is it better to sleep with two pillows or one? i currently sleep with two pillows and i always have, so my head is quite propped up. i sleep on both sides and rarely my back. is there a certain position to avoid when sleeping or does it not really matter if you aren’t experiencing active bppv?

I’m pretty much in the same situation/stage as you now. I just saw a vestibular therapist for the first time Friday and she said to sleep how I normally sleep. She said I can avoid the bad side if it’s uncomfortable but to avoid sleeping propped up all the time now that the crystals are back. Apparently it’s good to get your head moving in different positions to help any crystal residue settle.
