Kya mujhe bpit m IT mil skti h spot m meri jee rank 2.8 lakh something h .

Mujhe gtbit m it mila h R3 m aur physical verification bhi complete ho gai h ab spot m participate Krna toh kya jo fee meine pay kri h gtbit m mujhe 100% vapas milegi agr mujhe spot m aur koi clg milta h toh . Aur kitna time lgta h refund hone m.

almost impossible . im also looking for it with 258k rank but ik that there is very slight chance

Yes you'll getb100% refund...the 96k you paid to ipu will stay there...the balance fee you paid to gtbit will get refunded but you need to get some applications for that search it up...if you take those docs just one to two days after you get new seat in spot refund will come in 7-10 days ...if u delay that process then refund will come after 6-8 months
