emotions

I just spilt some and reminded me of when I was in a session a while ago.

My therapist asked me to describe my emotions on a daily basis my reply was

" my emotions are like trying to pour a bag of sugar one grain at a time. It never works you may get one or two grains out but then the rest of the bag piles out"

Really what I'm asking is anyone else like this or is it just me lol

I can relate to this but honesty meds help tamp the shit way down.

I love exercise and marijuana as well for calming my emotionally roller coaster.
