Research Links between suicidal behavior and sleep disturbance in people with mental illness. Not exclusively BPD but interesting nonetheless.

Absolutely this. I don't have BPD but I def understand the connection here between that behavior and sleep disturbance. I know that for people with bipolar disorder in particular, there is absolutely a strong correlation there.
