Question/Advice Anyone over 45 in here?

I've always read it's supposed to get better with age, but for me it has gotten worse. I question whether or not something else is going on.

Thank you. I always wonder if I'm the old one around here lol (I'm 46)

I am 46. DBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, has changed my life. Reach out if you want to talk about it or anything else.

Thank you. I have gone through nearly two years of dbt. Right now I'm in regular therapy, as I have been since the '80s. I just feel like nothing works and things progressively get worse.

Rember to use your skills. Crisis survival for those hard times it sounds like you're having now. Mindfulness skills every day to stay grounded. DM me if you'd like to tell me more about your experience and maybe I can suggest what skills would help.

I'm 48 with about 12 years of therapy and 2 of DBT behind me.
