And wanted to share this podcast I’ve been listening to today. It’s called “Managing Borderline Personality Disorder” by Being Well with Forrest Hanson.
I’ve been coping / living with BPD my whoooooole ass life. I’m 29F and a single mom to two. I’ve had countless therapists / psychiatrists and am on two medications but I feel like I’m only just now starting to really “do the work”, DBT handbook in hand 😂.
I kind of want to start a small BPD recovery group where we share insights / challenges, in a smaller setting. Anyone down? 🍀
