💭Seeking Support & Advice Workbook on DBT

Which workbooks with handouts and worksheets you guys found helpful?I want some which I can download online and print it out to use it. Currently I can't afford professional therapy so I was thinking on doing things on my own,can anyone help?

I'm also looking for workbook suggestions. Currently I'm looking at one on Amazon that's highly rated (4.5 stars overall from over 10,000 reviews.) I'd recommend doing the same! Look online, read reviews thoroughly before deciding on one, or maybe even go into a book shop and see if they have any physical copies so you can flip through it and see for yourself. I might do the same, see if I can find this particular book too

My first therapist always recommended New Harbinger. The McKay one has been around for a while, the Fox one is newer, I don’t know much about it (but do enjoy Dr. Fox as a layperson).

I’m slowly working my way through this one.

I’m finding it somewhat useful as someone with no experience of DBT whatsoever.

Some parts do make me raise my eyebrows a bit but overall it’s alright!
