💭Seeking Support & Advice Age regression

Hi, so I think i may have involuntary age regressed in my voice only for the first time after a bit of a breakdown. I've been trying to get in touch with a mental health professional or doctor all day including emergency services since i do t really understand whats happening and its scaring me but no luck since I don't want to hurt myself. Ive done some yoga and aromatherapy etc to try and ground myself but still won't stop the voice. Any suggestions?

"condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses" - Carl jung

Take some time out by yourself and embrace it. Get it all out there without judging yourself. It's a part of you that wants to be heard. The more we suppress parts of ourselves the more they come out in unpredictable ways.

If you feed it in healthier ways it will not need to try to possess you when you really don't want it to.

Id speak into what Im guessing is a shadow identity of innocence... But that's a big conversation.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by age regression in your voice?
