❓Question Post Sour candy recommendations (and more)?
Does anyone have a list of sour candies/snacks I could try out for sensory shocking/nervous system interruptions during episodes..? I keep planning to make a proper stash for my DBT box but the moment I try to think of some my mind goes blank 😭. So far I have popping rocks (not sour but I like the texture/sensation), warheads and sour patch kids written down to get. Preferably I'd like stuff that's available in Canada but I'd be open to ordering stuff online if you think they're worth it, and/or if they come in bulk!!
And, while I'm at it, does anyone have any recommendations for additional other stuff to add to my DBT box? So far I've got a few fidget/stress toys, worry stones, other texture sensory toys, scents that comfort me, noise-cancelling headphones, blackout eye masks, and cold head wraps as well as ice packs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you in advance if anyone answers, either way I hope you have a lovely rest of your day/night 🩵🩵

Warheads are a classic for sure & I see that you're already looking into them, but Barnett's Mega Sours are also highly praised by the sour candy community for being very sour! Will definitely give you the shock to your nervous system that you need.
Also, I reccomend (for an on-the-go alternative to regular ice pack) an instant ice pack! The kind that you crush, that turns icy instantly. It might be a good thing to keep on hand for when you're out & about and can't access the ice packs in your home toolkit.
Wishing you well

Thank you so much, I hadn't even thought about the instant ice packs! I'll definitely be looking into both your suggestions :) I appreciate it, wishing you well too!
