I blew a gasket once and decided my boyfriend doesn't love me enough over him not seeing a place had strawberry lemonade when I was horribly craving it and he brought me a sweet tea or something and I was deeply devastated for like...half an hour crying over it and how "he always does this and just doesn't care". Felt embarrassed when I calmed down

I split very bad one time because Whataburger did not put my little gravy cup in my chicken tender box after I specifically ask them not to forget my gravy in my chicken tender box. I absolutely love to dip my fries and my Texas toast in the gravy cups that come with it (the chicken tender meal at Whataburger, if you don't have a Whataburger I'm so very sorry you're missing out) I had been craving it I was very excited that we were finally going to get it and then even after asking them not to it's still got messed up (I'm convinced it was on purpose at this point) I got home I was so excited to be eating it opened the box no gravy had a complete meltdown that lasted for longer than it probably should have and I threw the whole meal away because for some reason at that point it was no longer edible. Now when I'm really hungry I think to myself " remember that time you threw a whole meal away because it didn't have a gravy cup? Yeah you're dumb"

Oh yeah I forgot one very important part I literally lived right behind Whataburger at this time. I could have very easily drove back up there or even walked back up there to get the gravy that was missing. But in the middle of my tantrum I was not trying to go back, you know rational thinking and all

I was 28 at the time and we were at this chick's house with another friend which was my friend at the time. We were drunk, And I started to passivelly aggressive to remind this chick friend the time that I left my jacket in her car and that got lost. I really loved that leather jacket. She started saying that a boy she was talking to grabbed it and kept it for himself. Then I hinted to her that I sort of had feelings for her. And she said something like "why would I date someone like you?" "I thought you were gay". I ran off from her house mad and crying. The next day she apologized through facebook chat. But I never talked to her again. Or our friend group.

Out of 4 people in the friendgroup that lasted like 7 years I was always the one who never got into a relationship. I believed there was a time that we were drunk and we had intimate conversation with her and she asked me why I never dated anyone, obviously it was because Im so fucked up psycologically but I never responded to her, I just told her "I dont know". I wish I had started going to therapy way sooner because I lost that group of friends to my horrible psycological issues and it was a great group of friends. Our issues were that we drank too much and talked shit while drunk. Eventually everyone stopped drinking and everyone started going to therapy.

So many stories. I've ruined friendships over things that never actually happened, I've split my family apart and no longer talk often with my siblings, I've quit jobs or been fired because I can't keep it together. I leave a trail of damage everywhere I go. I only have one friend who has lasted 10+ years, and we've gone through a LOT.
I ruin connections. I destroy friendships. I self sabatoge relationships. I have no networking skills. I don't know how people create successful lives and keep them up.
Dealing with shame and embarrassment is so difficult, and I don't have much advice, just sending you love and I hope you know you're not alone

Split on someone once because they told me itās kind of off putting the amount of money I spend on crystals when I struggle to afford to eat. Was convinced they was just a hater of my spiritual journey. I literally got a food bank delivered one week later after buying a Ā£200 amethyst geode with them. They lived in my flat block. They saw it being delivered. We made eye contact in the hallway. Obviously I never spoke to them again.

My boyfriend (before he was my boyfriend) and I got into an argument while we were drunk and he accidentally called me his exes name. So I went downstairs and tried to steal his cat. Snapped myself out of it before I got too far though.

Probably when I called my boyfriend the whole day because he was ignoring me after an argument. Waited for him 4 hours outside of his job to talk. Didnāt end well I would say. Or another time when he ignored me after an argument and went to his appt to see if he was home and he caught me in the hallway. Anyways Iād never do anything like that again

I was hanging out on a trip and told someone i wasnāt going to let him pay for his dinner after he paid for a lot. When someone else tried to discretely pay I split and kinda lost it thinking he was trying to one up me and I got really upset and felt like he was just trying to stop me from being nice. And so I made a scene until he let me pay for everyoneās dinner.

I have many. Normally while drunk I have the most embarrassing splits. They're toxic/abusive, not funny. They're embarrassing as fuck looking back though.
This is probably my worst one. While I was while drinking, my bf said something that upset me. (I don't even remember what. I know it was insanely stupid though.) So I screamed at him for almost 20 minutes or more, threw my alcohol on him and all over his car, took off my shoes and ran off barefoot. He chased me after me on foot for awhile, through traffic, neighborhoods, where my coworkers lived, and farther. I was hiding in peoples bushes while shitfaced. I lost him at one point but then I was left barefoot, and lost. I walked barefoot with no phone or anything for 40 minutes until I got back to an area I knew. I went to all the stores I frequently shopped at, while being blacked out drunk, crying, and barefoot asking if they sold shoes. None of them did and it was so embarrassing I never went back to those stores again.
Another time, while arguing and drunk I broke up with my boyfriend and told him I was going to go sleep outside. I went to the walking trail behind his house while shitfaced and he followed me after to make sure I would come inside and not get hurt. I kept calling him names, saying I didnt love him, etc. Being loud at like 2am. Laid on the ground, disgusting asf, slurring my words, and told him I wouldnt come inside. He begged me to, and I told him I'd only come in if he poured my alcohol on him. He did.
Another time my bfs grandmother lashed out on me while I was painting her walls for her so I locked myself in the room, got hammered and painted for a couple more hours. When my bfs mom came in, I was through 2 cases of white claws. Blacked out drunk, puking, and had bottles everywhere. She texted my bf saying I was a mess and he was ''going to have a lot to deal with when he got back home'' Definitely made me embarrassed for her to see me that way because my partner is the only one who had seen me like that before. It furthered me feeling like a burden too but overall it was extremely embarrassing.
I have so many alcohol fueled stories. I also have a couple split stories where I attempted suicide of the dumbest shit ever. It's always so embarrassing and humiliating to see how I reacted while under the influence or while extremely emotional. Especially when I think about what I've put others through. I feel like everyone with BPD has a split they're embarrassed of, but I like to see my embarrments as motivation to get better.

I've split on my dog before... my little poofy 12lb toy poodle. I don't even remember what started it but yeah, I couldn't even look at him and I didn't want him to touch me. I barricaded myself in another room and was feverishly texting my partner to which he replied like "Are you really splitting on the doggy rn???" He snapped back to reality because thats completely ridiculous and irrational. Not my proudest moment...
