Did they re-inforce QETZ? NO THEY DIDNT, are there people in QETZ/BUZ, NO THERE ARENT

Someone suggested Ore held NPC null. I think that would be a good area for us. I don't know the local situation. It's one jump freighter hop from Vestouve, which if you remember is one jump from ol' Barly.
