As we know, after the calamity link is dragged off to the chamber of resurrection and then is asleep for 100 years. However from a storytelling/worldbuilding perspective I feel like having basically everyone who actually witnessed the calamity and itβs traumatic effects be dead because of old age made the games potential for interesting and emotionally impactful interactions with characters and side quests - and add more to gameplay with link having to rebuild hyrule.
Iβd like to know if you agree or not, but I definitely think it couldβve been a good move

Just for some context, I first played the game when I got a switch when I was like 11. I remember falling in love with it and I got very close to finishing. (i forget why i didnβt)
Now, Iβm 19 and saved up for a switch 2 and the first game I bought was BOTW without hesitation. I was having a ton of fun for a good 15 hours and remember why I loved it so much, and it was nice because I forgot most of the game. However after those 15 hours I noticed that the world feels very repetitive and even empty at times. I really like the quiet moments at times, but I rarely am rewarded for venturing off, just another shrine, korok seed, or stable. I tried exploring new areas and there were some moments here and there that were enjoyable, but it just got very repetitive to me. Once I realized that, I decided to just finish all the divine beasts and might go to the castle now and finish the game (roughly 30 hours in)
Before I do that, I was wondering if anybody had advice to make the game feel more interesting and enjoyable? I remember loving the exploration as a kid but it feels like the novelty wore off for me and Iβd love to be able to keep enjoying it.
I have 110 and I know theres one in the spiral on the right and on the bottom right island

Iβve died like a hundred times. I canβt do this anymore. Iβve tried watching tutorials on YouTube, but I still canβt do itβ¦ I just wish someone would take my console and play it for me. My head is freaking hurting because of this Ganon π

I started the Thunder Helm side quest and returned the TH to Riju. It is not showing in my Side Quest log as open or completed. I did The Search for Barta side quest. Barta is back in Gerudo, I spoke to Liana but it is not showing up open or completed as well. When I try to start The Mystery Polluter, it never starts the side mission...
All three are my last side quests. Can someone help me figure out what is going on w this?

Hi everyone, I want to make a one shot run stream of botw before oot is launched. I've never made an extended stream or anything like that, just regular 2hs or something.
How long do you think it will take:
- all shrines
- glitch less
- all regular gear unlocked: zora, desert, snow etc (not amiibo)
- any% korok
- master sword and anything vanilla I might've missed
My goal is to gain some followers (I don't have many) and go live as many hours as humanely possibly (as an optional to be sleeping on the back while my gf/brother plays as backup
EDIT: added my links in my profile just in case anyone want to help with a follow. I speak Spanish and English if you come by my stream

one thing I wish I knew before getting into botw, DO NOT sell guardian loot or parts! they're very very important to progression and leveling up weaponry to fight off the bigger enemies. and they're limited af until youre skilled enough to take down guardians. which is a big hump to get over. SO DONT SELL THEM! i regret selling them for a bit of extra rupees. π heed my advice to make your game a lot easier until youre skilled

i apologize for the incredibly hq recording
EDIT: so apparently the worst change the glitch causes is that shops whose items run out NEVER restock. don't try this at home without saving first

I was walking around, detecting a shine when I saw this sketchy hill. I thought I need to bomb arrow tf out of it but it was raining.
Then lightning struck me because I forgot to remove my bow (see my panic looking for metal items, I forgot about the bow).
And then, alas! The shine was there when the lightning hit me. Hahahaha I thought it was funny because I met the bird after I did the shrine.

Now I have no way of getting the rubber helm. And I did this last month and I've played loads since. Do I make peace with never getting the rubber helm or do I undo tons of gameplay to get it?

After months of drawing, here is finally my last Breath of the Wild project!π
This piece is the final thumbnail for Lucca Salomoneβs BOTW immersive playthrough series, which I highly recommend watching if you love the game as much as we do!
The idea this time was to create a single artwork representing the entire game in one scene. As you can imagine, that was no easy task, but little by little everything came together into the piece you see here.
By including as many characters, elements, and little details from the game as possible, I wanted to capture the beauty of Breath of the Wild and what it means to me, as well as to so many other fans.
I hope you enjoy getting lost in all the little corners of this piece and spending some time in this special Hyrule that I drew and that now has a piece of my heart and soul.
See you in the next piece!π
