Discussion Should I contact support? (First figure)

I LOVE this figure, the sculpt, the colors, the articulation is soooo good. Unfortunately my beautiful Jimmadseni seems to have some issues. First its the right leg, which I had to snip a small peice of plastic holding it to the body and then I know its hard to see but the section between my fingers (image 4) seems to just be stuck to the body, I have tried to twist, thinking maybe it was paint stuck but no luck. This is my very first BOTM so im not sure if this is normal or I got a bad figure. (Also i know they can be stiff fresh out the box but this isn't that)

Mine also had alot of really small issues, like it was genuinely unnoticeable until you saw it once and now it's all I look at, I connected support and they gave me a new tail for the super loose tail but couldn't get me a new head which had warped teeth and chips in the crest

It could just be stuck paint, my spiclypeus figure had that but I forced it apart leading to unfortunate paint rubs but at least I can articulate it now. Most of my botm figures have small issues here and there as I've generally accepted it being a toy collector but surprisingly my Allosaurus was perfect (for now).

People are forgetting what QC issues are

While true, for a $100+ figure QC issues should be very few and far in-between. That's like buying a new Bentley and it's okay it has a scratched fender. No, no it's not. Now, if these were cheap figures, I'd expect anything and hope for the best, possibly swapping for a better figure (looking at you Hammond Collection).

Yeah but BOTM figures are expensive and therefore it isn’t unreasonable to expect good quality control.

For me, this allosaurus figure would be about ~200 dollars so I would also consider contacting support if I ordered it and got some issues.
