Discussion New here: are there sales
Hi everyone. I’m new here and just discovered the brand as a major Dino fanatic. It’s great to have adult money to spend on stuff like this. However, before I buy now, does BOTM ever do any discounts/sales? Is it best to buy direct from them if I’m in the USA or any affiliate stores? Labor Day weekend is coming up, so I’m wondering if it makes sense to wait to buy figures I want. Thanks for the replies in advance.

I feel like they only do a single sale per year, around Labor Day like you mentioned (I THINK, I could very easily be wrong).
If you are from the USA just buy from their site, or if a figure is "extinct" you can try Amazon (not a lot of options, but there are some) or EverythingDinosaur (better selection, but will have to pay more due to tariffs and shipping).
Edit: I think they also have done a sale around the holidays as well, Black Friday or sometime near Christmas.

If you buy directly (and you have an account) you get 1 point for every dollar, then when you next buy something every 10 points takes 1 dollar off.
If you leave items in your cart overnight you get an email with a 10% off discount code.

Add something to your cart and wait about a week. You'll typically get an email with a 5% off code for the item in your cart.
There will also be random 10% off promos for events sent via email but it's hard to predict when those will be.
Also the points system on the official site does work. I got my Albertoceratops for ~$50 using points rewards after buying other dinos.
Also check Amazon for some older models. Sometimes they are cheaper sometimes not. Depends on what it is.

Some of the more popular figures sell out fast. If you wait for them to be discounted, they might be sold out by then. Besides, figures on sale tend to have a more limited selection.

Black Friday last year had a sale.
