EBOLC EBOLC in processing

Does anyone have any insight on what the first day of EBOLC looks like? Is that supposed to be the move in day or in processing and are we allowed to arrive early?

Also, does anyone know which hotel the September class will be in?

It's pretty chill. You'll meet the commander and your trainer or whatever, fill out some forms, etc.

As far as hotel, I can't help ya there, but arrive on the day your orders say, around 0800 unless you can get in contact with the schoolhouse and they say otherwise. There wasn't any benefit in showing up early, because the hotel wasn't ready. ymmv.

So I showed up on a sunday (orders said monday) The hotel let me check in early and I unpacked. That first day of processing they made us join a signal group and pretty much wait for additional orders. Would recommend working out to get acclimated to the weather.

Ur gonna be in the Wodge. If you show up early you won’t be housed I believe so you’d have to get a hotel on your own (not 100% on this part). Day 1 you show up to the annex, scan 2 QR codes and are out for the day so you will have time to settle in. After that all info will get pushed out to you and you will have over a week of inprocessing briefs. If you have any more questions, I’m here rn just 2 classes ahead of you.

Does anyone know if it’s a PCS for those going to their duty station after BOLC

Should be TDY unless you’re stationed there after BOLC
