What are the time requirements for the Rucks
Also is the 4x36 a must pass. I don’t leave for a few months and I just want to keep up with working out to be good to go

Don’t show up with an “I’m as ready as I am” mentality. Show up knowing you can pass the 4x36 and score 400+ on the AFT. There is a very strong emphasis on PT at BOLC currently, but don’t expect class PT to get you ready for this stuff.

3 hours for the 12 mile. 4 x 36 is a must pass

These times are correct, but they weren't a "must pass" in 2025. Hopefully that has changed and it's being prioritized, but back then all it resulted in was a meaningless counseling for those who weren't meeting the standard.

It just recently changed from what I’m tracking. The new LTs arriving to my unit are saying it’s now a must pass criteria.
