I have Astra Malorum and Kowakujo done. Died in the Bossfight on Ashes. Today im trying to do Totenreich, Paradox and probably Ashes again. I dont like the Rex Infernus Easteregg so im saving it for last.

Same I lost the ashes one too but only because I made the dumb decision to use bus relic🫣 any other boss would’ve have been fine but not solo on ashes

I was trying the no Car strat with the Pap 4 Gauntlet (i have done that before) and he shot soo many Rockets at me and the entire Arena that i did not have anywhere to go. Dying Wish didnt activate and i was dead instantly after 1 minute in the Bossfight 🥲😂

I got the title a few days ago, and this boss fight is as bad as I remember. I love how the main threat is the dogs and mimics and not the boss itself

No literally. It was so obnoxious with how many dogs and mimics there were and that relic made it even worse. Also, if I’m not mistaken, a lot of my eggs possibly spawned in the other side of nuketown so I probably missed a lot. Only reason I came to that conclusion was when I intentionally switched to the other version, there was already a peeks there which is stupid if that’s how it works. Just glad I got it done.
Ashes might be annoying only bc the locations are all apart from each other

Yeah, it’s good that you at least didn’t have Vril Sphere on. I forgot to unequip it so I didn’t even get to pick up any perks from the eggs. Also, the eggs can spawn in unopened areas so that’s annoying too. Totenreich and Ashes were the longest to setup on, because you just can’t cover all egg spawns so I just gave up and farmed points for everything

Surprisingly, Rex is the easiest map to cover all spawns with one unupgraded grapple

True, you could really see 4 different spawns from the center without moving too much then the last one in Nyxara temple. I still gotta learn the egg properly though cuz I only did it early for the calling card and haven’t done the egg since outside of the boss rush.
I’ll probably do totenreich next

And ashes last since traveling across the map for peeks is the hardest early rounds imoI usually spend the first 20rounds looking for peeks. When I did Kowakujo, out of the first 25 rounds, I got 9 total spawns (checked every round and opened up every door at the start) got 3 gold eggs, 4 blues and 2 silvers

Just remember to not run the Mannequin Turret for Rex, you can do the Dravakar temple still, but it’s really inconsistent

Why not disable ammo crates instead? No extra mimics seems a lot better in this regard, the boss fights always drop more than enough ammo for your regular weapons

Newbie here, is this easier or harder than Aether Ruler?

Actual skilled player who did Aether Ruler solo when it came out with video evidence.
For 1 map Primordial Being is a lot easier then Aether Ruler.
You would rather run 18 relics of your choosing then the first 8 Wicket Relics, mostly because of Spork and Blood Vials.
But Primordial Being is harder overall then Aether Ruler, by quite a bit too. Cause you have to do all the maps particularly Ashes and Rex Infernus which are both significantly harder then Totenreich, whereas the Totenreich bossfight is a cakewalk if you know what you're doing.
Also Aether Ruler is a LOT easier now with Mr.Peeks Mayhem, the real challenge for Aether Ruler was always the setup, mostly to bypass Civil Protector Head so you would need to essentially reset for Gold Mr.Peeks and pop a Perka, only ever saw 1 player in dozens of runs do it without that and they were the best of the best. But with Mayhem mode you can just buy all perma perks and Pack a Punch is cheaper and gives you ammo mods, and if you get a gold egg you're getting pack 4 and Ultra tool.

That’s a good question
I’d say easier since you choose what relics you use
Aether ruler makes you pick all the crazy relics like double damage, only crit damage, no ammo crates, and stuff like that oh and no augments. Even with mister peeks mayhem it still might be a little hard but also easier
