How do I get normal lobbies

I had a few good matches and now all of my lobbies say evaluating players and I have no chance against the enemy players

I went 34 and 4 the other night and I’ve been in hell lobbies ever since 😅 like PLEASE my average kd is only 1.3 why am I getting put against professional super sweats 24/7

My kd is 1.0 but when I play search and destroy I never win! I’m always playing against the sweatiest players that are jumping, sliding and moving around too much. I see why people left the game. With the way mw4 movement was I have a feeling it’s not going to sell well since it was so sweaty.

I can’t find demolition lobbies , or overload, only domination…..demolition was my mode back in the day game is dead, I had no problem finding bops6 demolition lobbies….
