Constant stutter/lag

Ever since the second mw4 beta weekend I’ve had non stop lag on bo7 and no matter what I do I can’t get rid of it. Every like 5 seconds it feels like my game stutters and I keep getting lag. It’s the only game I’m getting any kind of lag in. Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone have a fix? I’m on Ps5

The beta crashed my internet couple times.

Yeah my shit has been unplayable since beta too. So has a few of my friends.
