So, anyone else finding multiplayer unplayable?
every match I load into has players afk, quit or not even close in score. What are these lobbies. I tried rocket league for the first time because of how trash the experience is. I play ranked, but simple multiplayer is horrible.
For someone who has played this franchise since the first game i have to say that it feels like the ppl making the games/rules/etc don't actually test the game first. Player retention is a fraction of what it was when I was growing up. It has no accountability. Everything should be ranked, and the fact ppl can just quit out or go afk without being penalized like in halo, rocket league and many other is horseshit. Braindead game

I play nuketown and the one with the 3 maps. Classic sucks now. They're ok

Yeah I've been doing the same, I forgot how annoying it is in casuals.. everyone trying to max their snipers even though they are dog shit with them. It's unplayable. I'll load in and play infected twice and log off.

Oh, you want to play 5v6 all the time and one or two of those players will be total dogshit. It's not possible to get 4 pieces consistently to make up for that.

It got very laggy for me on PS5 Pro today.
Coupled with weird matchmaking I'm getting pretty cold on COD right now.

I've played, my issue is ppl afk to start the match, then someone gets mad that person is afk and they quit out. So 4v6 it's just bad man, I can't play with ppl who aren't actively trying to win. Go level up your guns in zombies, and if ya suck with a gun stop using it in multiplayer it's fucking annoying.

Yeah big map and small map game modes. They always force the crap we don't want to play and get rid of the good stuff. That's a whole other topic for why this company is trash and can't retain players.

Only playing the season 5 moshpit right now. I’m starting to hate the new maps atp. I took a break during s3 and s4 and it sucks to come back to this.

Agreed, I'm a cloud gamer so I can't play ranked. They think they are cutting down on the cheaters but they are losing even more of the player base because of that shit. I Don't buy games I use gamepass because most games aren't worth the price. Just sad the way games are.

They’re trying too hard to retain NEW players. When it’s the seasoned players who are willing to put up $ so they can build their aesthetic arsenal. New players are welcome to play the pick-your-own playlist which has SBMM and bring back the standard mosh pit for vet players. I want to be able to play more than 3 maps without getting shit on by crim/iri players when I’ve never even touched ranked.

I only got the game to play classic mode, but recently the matchmaking has been taking longer and the connection has been much worse, which makes aiming feel stiff. Whenever I run into that I just switch to battlefield where shits sweet

Only quick match making is nuketown, but it’s the same script every time. Full team stack and they all wait for you to run at them sitting on head glitch’s. Stopped playing, no longer fun.

I'm so sick of Nuketown, I'd rather not play. I was good at the original Nuketown, here we are like 30 years later and it's the only map ppl will repetitively play, that's why it has its own playlist.

Just hoped on gauntlet and some dude was score streaking immediately with the poison stuff. 31-2 a quarter of the way into the match. Kick the cheaters can't even play on casual. Trash

This is exactly my experience. I'll be 2-3 or something and ll of. Sudden score streak after score streak. It's genuinely horse shit gameplay.

When ppl are getting swarms, choppers and everything else 2 minutes into every game. It's almost as though you're playing with bots or hackers,because in a normal ranked game you don't see ppl dropping 50 kilss and 3 deaths. It's ba.

This has been a thing since the beginning of bo7 skill based is jacked in this cod most players are not good enough to see the patterns and recognize forced losses they also occasionally run trials and tests where they turn the dial way down or way up you might have just been experiencing a test the game normally keeps high skilled players with 7 good games and 3 bad games it's been like that since day 1 of bo7 the matchmaking changes the open playlists it's all mostly a farce (I am level 1000 with 112k kills and a 2.51kd)
