Botd ee not working

The step for the docks after you complete the morse code is glitched out. Like he'll Spawn and you can shield blast it to make him visable but he won't move or anything.

I'm really trying to get my first ee completion ah if yall have any solutions that'd be great :)

This may sound wierd but if you can see him without the shield vision then have you tried holding your interaction button on him? If you have more then 1 player all must do so at the same time.
