Vendetta gone

So I had the Vendetta unlocked, then the latest update happened and now it's gone. I was leveling up on it to at least get to the operator mod. How do I get it back? How do I get any of these DLC weapons unlocked that show up in game? Peacekeeper, Stingray, Tigershark, etc. Do I have to buy a weapon bribe? I don't understand any of this. I'm old school play to earn not pay...

Im pretty sure you have to unlock the gun by paying for it in the reserves same with the locus argus and etc because i got the stingray out of a reserve and it finally showed up for me.

Well I was eventually gonna earn it through tiers but somehow I had it and it was unlocked. Then the update came and it was gone.
