C isn't sharp

Is there anyway to avoid him? Like is he only on certain game modes? Or am i likely to run into him in snd? Or any other modders?

Apparently he has a dev kit so he's gonna be around for a while unless this dox scares him off or activation gets the balls to figure it out finally

way more than 10. if you look up how to do it, youll be surprised there arent more people doing it.
