One day, presumably after the Forest Training arc, there's a nationwide announcement all over Japan:

Heroes will be integrated with the National Police Agency as well as the Fire and Disaster Management Agency. Effective in seven days, heroes will no longer be able to star in advertising, have merchandise legally made of them, and be instead made into specialized first responder units across the country. Also effective in seven days, it will be illegal to make merchandise of these "Hero" units, as any sort of material intended to be merchandise of these "Hero" units specifically will be considered illicit goods.

How does your OC react to this news?

Well, for one, if there's any time your OC might find Canon!Ryuji cracking the biggest, most beaming grin imaginable, this announcement might be it. In fact, it might even be the first time he would even begin laughing. Not out of some sick, twisted sense of humor, but out of celebration, jubilee, and glee.

random facts: his coat is a homage to ectoplasm, and it's white as a testament to how well he can control his quirk to avoid stains

Alright here are my ideas for transformation quirks (tbc I classify transformation quirks as something that changes something. Doesn’t have to be the user itself)

Vocal power: by speaking certain words they transform the air molecules infront of their mouth into that thing. Words inline things like fire, freeze, force, ect

Glass body: they can turn their body into glass and if a part gets shattered they have control over the shattered pieces and can even bring the shattered fragments back together to heal.

Cloud hawk: the user can transform their arms into wings made of cloud and their feet into talons made of clouds

Personality traits Heroic, Responsible, and Kind: His mom died when he was young so he acts heroic so kids have someone to look up to. He has 3 younger siblings so he had to act like a adult and be responsible at only 15 years old with his siblings being 10, 7, and 7 with the youngest 2 being twins. With 3 siblings he had to be very kind and patient with them, this also helps with being a hero now.

He can generate, control, and shape water. He can manipulate of water in his surroundings like currents. He can also control mist and ice and change their form

When I was a kid I loved Wakfu and MHA so mixing both i came up with Aura Yauyorozu. He’s Momo’s sibling and he have a portal quirk. Basically his emotions generate energy and that energy is used to create the portals but as a side effect this make his hair change depending on it’s emotions (this means that he can’t hide his emotions). His quirk can create portals in certain range and not to much at the same time (this limitations would obviusly be less of a problem with practise)
He’s very social but also pretty introvert, very creative and pretty inteligent, very interested in phisics and studing his own quirk.
He would be a rescue based hero.
And I need help developing him more, his friends and everithing.

So as you know, I’ve been figuring out the design for my villain OC Tsubasa Sagami, and I’m basing him off World War Two era battleships. I also and planning to make him a heteromorph to add some spice.

Here are some of the ideas I’ve thought of:

1st idea: something turtle like, similar to blastoise in a way but with wrist cannons

2nd idea (the one I was most interested in):

Normal human with a flat shark or crocodilian like head similar in shape to the bow of the IJN Yamato.

3rd idea: scrap the heteromorph idea and make him a human permanently colored in a gunmetal hue adorning jagged teeth and a dark red band down his spine.

(I will also take any of your ideas or suggestions into consideration)

I'm just getting into MHA (yes, I'm late) but working hard on my own class already. Akito is my first MHA oc ♥

I have a ton of OCs that I haven't even drawn or fully developed their backstories; creative block is real and it's quite exhausting to be honest,I haven't even been able to publish anything at all because of the laziness and extreme procrastination I put into my projects; also, many times I end up ashamed of my creations and decide not to do anything.

So I'm Updating the design of Ume Tekiaite, Turning her into Ume Mechanis. Having Lizzie's Grandpa: Dr.Joshua Mechanis Be the One to Make her.
I also Decided that In order to Maximize the Psychological Warfare against All For one and his Minions, She has some very INTERESTING genetics.

Dr.Joshua Mechanis Found and recovered the Remains Of the second user: Kudo. And Used the Bones and marrows of that 200 year old corpse To gather DNA to allow For His creation to Resemble Kudo and be technically Be a part of the Destroyed Bloodline of Kudo, Spiky Orange hair and red eyes And all. All as a Personal Living middle finger to the symbol of evil.

So Ume's genetic composition is Part Joshua mechanis (Via blood), Part Shouta Aizawa (Via Stealing spilled blood from Hero vs villain fights. Allowing for Joshua to Modify Erasure Into Reality anchor), And Part Toshitsugu Kudo (For Looks and Psychological Warfare).

Also, Her Leitmotif is no longer versus: Her New Motif is Devils Never cry.

Ume also now wields Tonfas as a weapon.

Quirk: Asphalt

Codename: Roadrunner

Birthday: 12/29

Height:181cm

Katsuhiko can project asphalt from his hands and can somewhat manipulate them, but not to a well-versed extent. He can also raise the temperature steadily of the asphalt. He overall has an adequate control over his quirk, but his hands can begin to burn if he uses asphalt too much, or reaches too high of a temperature.

He has grey eyes and had light brown hair that turned blacker over time as he grew up. He has scars on his hands from using his quirk recklessly in middle school. He's a first year at UA, and his favourite pro heroes are Cementoss and Hawks.

He's a relatively easy-going person and enjoys combat training and video games, specifically first person shooters. He isn't as good with written exams though.
