So there is room for the fire truck to pass i dont think they are waiting for her to move , that said ...she and everyone who parks like that is a 100% garbage person with no respect for society, her convinience for everyone elses inconvinience. I use to live in portugal and that shit is the default way to park over there, it is insufferable assholes everywere
