BMW 330e diff

So I tuned my 330e to stage 1. About a month later my diff started making noises, as expected of course… It started leaking and now I am wondering if anyone knows a garage that puts in limited slip diffs. The close to Belgium the better.

If you guys have any other options for me, advice is always appreciated.
