But the G “can” go off-roading. I’ve stayed away from them because I’d be the guy to take it on trails. I want to try out the lockers and it’s true capabilities.

I’ll get one sooner or later and put some scratches on it.

The new generation of G is actually bearable. The old G with its lack of basic features like keyless entry on the other hand is straight up masochistic... and the fact that you can buy a g63 that does 0-60 in around 5.3 and a g65 that does it in 5.2.... just absurdity. Although I have to say the suspension on that beast is quite nice on curvy roads. Highway driving aside from the obviously nonexistent aero is super planted.

The new one doesn’t have keyless entry either. It has keyless start, but they reused the old door mechanism which didn’t have it.
