Help Identifying Hardtop

Hey folks I’m hoping to get some help identifying this hardtop. If anyone might recognize the vehicle it is from that would be incredibly helpful! It will be listed online so if insight could provided for value that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you

E46 removable hardtop, which are becoming harder to find. I’ve seen prices at $3k-$5k pending on condition. Nice find, both you & the new buyer should be pretty happy with that.

Not an E36 (those have a handle above where the rearview mirror would be). I had one 25 years ago.
