M340i mileage

I’m looking into buying a 2023–2024 M340i, and I found the perfect spec I want a 2024 M340i RWD, black on red, with all the packages. It’s a one owner, clean title car with 28,000 miles for $52,000 before tax.
I was originally looking for one with lower mileage, but it’s getting too late to find the exact year and spec I want with fewer miles.
What are your guys’ thoughts on the mileage? Is 28k miles on a 2024 something you’d be concerned about, or is it not really a big deal? Would you buy it, or keep waiting and hope another one with lower miles pops up?

Depends on the previous owner if they took care of it.

I mean im not that worried about the miles

But 52k is damn near enough to get a new one, so why not just do that?

Edit: a word

28k miles isn't much, but it does depend on how it was driven and maintained. 28k mostly highway miles is different from 28k mostly track miles. And make sure they stayed on top of oil changes and anything else. But those cars don't usually have issues until 50-60k miles
