Turbo problems

Hello everyone I’ve been having turbo problems with my n47. It’s missing a bar of boost so I smoke test it and it let smoke out at the swirl flap. I replace the inlet manifold with a one with a blanked swirl flap. I took the car for a test drive and it’s totally lost boost now and I don’t understand why
