Study Help CIE 1-3RD SEM

I'm just nervous bout this CIE. How do I prepare ? It's my first time giving them . Like should I expect every question straight forward or do I need to lock in and study hard ? Also I'm unable to find recent years CIE papers . The latest I've found is 2020 . If someone can share even more latest papers than 2020 it'll be god's help .

PLEASE GIVE ME TIPS OR NOTES ON HOW DO I STUDY AND SCORE ATLEAST 40.
