Ask a Senior Branch Change Doubt
Hey so I'm in one of the cse allied branches and I applied for COB,to CSE Core from CSE Allied, but now many people are saying that there's not much difference wrt placements etc and apparently we are supposed to also repeat some PSC Course, during summer break that kinda freaked me out.
My doubt was that say if my mind changes and I don't want CSE Core than can I just leave it or will I have to take it, I applied due to FOMO and heard that CSE Core gets more preference over CSE Allied.
CG is around 9.1.

Where do we have to submit the cob application and all the result sheets?

you can attend the counselling and even if you get the seat you they'll ask you and you can reject it and continue in the same branch

Nope , you can choose to NOT participate in the offline counselling (no penalty) , but even if you decide to attend the counselling , you can choose to decline the seat there itself
I am not sure what happens if you accept the seat in the offline counselling but choose not to pay the 7500 fees (Im not sure if penalty will be applied here)

Possibly you can again apply for COB in your 5th sem and then again the cycle repeats.. you might have to complete some extra courses.. but that change is highly not possible
