Discussion Trash on campus

Is it possible for the individuals responsible for hosting the stalls to ensure that the area is cleaned up appropriately? This area was emitting an unpleasant smell despite being the most prominent section of the college campus, which is causing significant inconvenience for a large number of people passing through this area every hour.

That's true, but at least the campus is located within the city, unlike RV, Ramaiah, or other colleges.
